You will benefit tremendously from both group instruction and individual time working on your specific techniques.

Extensive use of video analysis helps to pinpoint the specific areas you need to work on.

In addition to racquetball technique training you will receive instruction on topics like:

• Designing your training program
• Game and match strategy

After you register you will receive a login ID and password to the camp website where you will have access to extensive racquetball training resources before, during and after the camp has ended. This website is not only a record of your instruction with explanatory videos of drills, but also a record of your video analysis so you can go back and review them for 4 months after the camp.
